Before placing an order, please measure the bottom diameter of your lid and choose the appropriate size for the lid. Also pay attention to the material of the lid, pure aluminum and aluminum plastic lids are different.
The capper is suitable for regular penicillin bottles, and for some special bottles (such as those with thick necks), please contact customer service for confirmation before placing an order.

Applicable to:

Insulin bottles, oral liquid bottles, penicillin bottles, syrup bottles and aluminum caps, aluminum plastic caps, easy to pull caps, small iron caps, copper caps, as well as freeze-dried rubber stoppers, flat rubber stoppers, and concave rubber stoppers can be combined tightly.

Usage:

1. Prepare glass bottles and inner and outer stoppers (easy to pull caps, aluminum caps, or aluminum plastic caps)

2. Place the inner plug inside the inner cover.

3. Place the inner stopper and lid on the glass bottle mouth

4. Place the bottle cap part in the clamp

5. Gently press the handle up and down until the binding head is locked tightly (without using too much force)

6. Release the handle and restore it to its original position. Use three fingers to check for tightness.

If the first capping is not tight or smooth, simply adjust the capping pressure head. Clockwise rotation is loose, while counterclockwise rotation is tight.
