US Stamp #1328, Mississippi ,5c, 1967, F/VF,NG,NC, Attn:No Gum. Block of 4

The gum is missing because I had to soak the stamp to remove it from my incorrect stamp storage technique.

ATTN: Soaking the stamps means that in some cases, they did not dry perfectly flat despite my best efforts.
