This listing are for the wheels only car tires are no good  These are 15X7 vintage 80s 90s racing size rims in good used condition with some very minor blemishes as you can see 1 of  the center cap is missing through time of the essence it should not be that hard to replace as you can see it very basic cut !  All you have to do is clean, gently shave up a few of the curb rashes off, and sandblast or repaint them  for a fresher look, You real car guys know just what to do, These look super cool !
