This is an original press photo. Vic Bubas is the king of guy who could make the Sun Belt Conference the next "Tobacco Road" of NCAA basketball. He's got the nature for it, and he has the foundation on which to build. Bubas heads the Sun Belt as its initial commissioner in its first year of existence, but his innovative and promotional skills are a proven quantity. His background is one of success, and he is quick to give credit to the people who influenced him. Among them is Everett Case, who Bubas played for and was an assistant to at North Carolina State before gaming coaching fame himself at Duke in the 1960s.Photo measures 8 x 10inches.
