MISSES' DRESS

Loose-fitting dress three inches (7.5cm) below mid-knee has pointed collar, front buttoned closing, patch pockets with buttoned flaps, optional epaulets, elasticized waistline, sleeve- less or full length sleeves pleated into buttoned cuffs, which can be worn rolled up with button and tab closing. Topstitching. Purchased belts. NOTE: When sleeves are worn rolled up. wrong side of fabric will show.

For those that dont know what a epaulet is; it is an ornamental strip or loop sewn across the shoulder of a dress or coat.
