1903 ANTIQUE CERTIFICATE NOVA SCOTIA CANADA - JOHN HOWARD COMMISSIONER AGENT

Dated 1903 an original certificate appointing John Howard as England's Agent General for Nova Scotia.  Blind stamp top left.  Signed in ink by the Provincial Secretary to the Lieutenant-Governor of Nova Scotia, Alfred Gilpin Jones.

This has been tipped to card where previously framed.  In fragile condition with folds,  edge chipping and loss,  area cut/lost lower left.
