Each section is equipped with a swinging door, while the interior has a clear-coated aluminum liner and stainless steel floor. For enhanced sanitation, the floor's corners are coved. Its two stainless steel doors can be comfortably opened with 12-inch recessed handles, which are permanently attached with a sheet metal interlock. Door gaskets prevent cold air from leaking out of the cabinet and can be removed for cleaning or replacing. Each door has a stay-open feature that activates at 90 degrees, keeping them out of the way when loading product.
Inside, four PVC-coated wire shelves hold items and are adjustable in 1⁄2-inch increments to accommodate various product sizes. Cold air is kept in the cabinet with the help of foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The set temperature ranges from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit and is maintained with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
