Wonderful Profile, Fine Shape

Offering a GBD made, early Dr Plumb in a design they call -FLAT GRIP- I think for the design of the saddle stem. The PLUMB brand is a very popular sub-brand of GBD. The shape is a favorite, a nice pudgy Rhodesian, with a cool looking design to the stem. The bowl is stout and mid-size, with almost no wear. It shows off some mice looking mixed grain in a golden brown color. The stem has the Dr Plumb signature Red dot on the stem top, and is stamped PLUMB too. The pipe is made in their France plant, and I'm going to guess dating to be 1960's-70's timeframe. Bowl shows pretty much no wear, has no issues, and the draw hole is bottom center, draws very easy. The stem is original, made of vulcanite, no stinger, and has just a hint of use. Weighs in about 2.2 ounces. Pipe is freshly polished and ready to smoke!
