This is an original press photo. Crown Prince Constantine, 23, hold Greece's most revered ikon, the Holy Virgin of Tinos, in Athens March 3. The ikon, a religious image, was rushed by ship across the Aegean Sea, to be put before ailing King Paul, who is reported near death. The ikon is from the Church of Annunciation on Tinos. Prince Constantine is acting as his father's regent.Photo measures 7 x 9.25inches. Photo is dated 03-03-1964.
