2018-2021 Ford Expedition LED tail light

The running light (LED strip) does not work! See photo 2. The brake light does work when you press the brakes. Selling AS-IS

Many dry water spots inside! Hazy towards the bottom. Please see all photos! 

Not sure how moisture got inside as everything looks intact and sealed. Perhaps the bulb gasket
