All UK orders are despatched the same day via Royal Mail or DPD Local.
All international orders are despatched via DPD Local or DHL International.
Any duties to be paid will be the customers responsibility.
We aim to have your parcel despatched the same day up to 14:00 GMT.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the product is not returned in it's original condition then we have the right to refuse refunding and will send the item back to you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately through eBay messages if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method*. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
*Please do not place any labels directly onto the box, failing to comply to this will lead to the packaging cost being deducted from your refund amount

Payments can only be made through eBay's payment service. We cannot accept any payment outside of eBay's portal.
