How to choose the right size?

For this maternity girdle we recommend you to measure the circumference of your belly (from the lower back to the bottom of your belly which is around the area where the belt will be worn) and choose a belt according to the belt sizes in the description in the lower range of your measurement in order to plan for belly growth.

S: 34-38" / 86-96cm belly circumference;

M: 38-42" / 96-106cm belly circumference;

L: 42-46" / 106-117cm belly circumference;

XL: 46-50" / 117-127cm belly circumference;

XXL: 52-54" / 127-137cm belly circumference.

Instructions: 

1. Wrap the abdominal lift attachment around your waist with the desired level of support. Position the pad so it is centered and under the abdomen. (Please refer to drawing provided for more visual indications); 
2. Attach the belt to the pad and pull both elastic sides until the desired tension and attach the closure to the abdominal pad; 
3. To help keep the support in place and keep from sliding down, stretch the top strap over your stomach and attach to the opposite side; 
4. Adjust belt tension to make it comfortable. Please note: maternity belts are usually adjusted when in standing position which usually requires more support than when sitting. If you want to use it when sitting, you might have to readjust the belt's tension.

Instructions (for video look in product pictures section)

  1. Center the abdominal pad under your abdomen and attach with hooks and loops fabric with the desired level of support.
  2. Cut the hooks and loops band that is labelled "Cut the extra hooks and loops band you don't need" to keep a length that matches the border of the abdominal pad . The hooks and loops band should cover the abdominal pad but not more. As the belly grows and position of the hooks and loops fabric on abdominal pad changes, you might want to cut the hooks and loops band again (more explanations below).
  3. Attach the hooks and loops fabric of the back support to the location on the abdominal pad that provides the desired tension.
  4. To help keep the support in place and keep from sliding down, stretch the top strap over your stomach and attach both sides to the hooks and loops fabric on the back support
