TURKISH COFFEE PREPARATION
TRADITIONAL PREPERATION
To serve 2 coffee cups:
Bring 250ml (9floz) of water to boil
Remove from heat and add 3 teaspoons and sugar to taste
Reduce heat and simmer
Stir gently, move away from heat to avoid boiling over
Repeat the above step once or twice
Serve and enjoy
