Excellent book. A 2005 second printing of the vintage Folio Society edition of Genghis Khan Conqueror of the World by Leo de Hartog and introduced by David Morgan. There are many illustrations of contemporary paintings and documents as well as maps throughout.

The book is 221 pages plus index, notes and titles. It is in very good condition with no faults of note. With the slipcase the book measures:
15cm x 23cm x 3cm

The book has a bright silver and black printed design on metallic green cloth boards and the design is bright and clear. The spine is crisp and bright. The binding is tight and the page block is clean and bright with no marks or inscriptions. there is a small mark to the long edge of the external text block.

The silver/ black slipcase is in excellent structural order. There is some dustiness and shelf marking most apparent under the light. This is a normal feature of Folio Society slipcases. It presents well but if you are very sensitive it may not be suitable as a gift.

All in all a nice set and a great addition to any history book collection or would form a decorative touch to a vintage book nook.
