This is a beautiful old Chinese dragon and phoenix cloisonne vase with imperial motif.  The dragon is depicted with 5 toes, and only the emperor was allowed to have or wear dragons with 5 toes at a certain time in Chinese history, and the same was true for the color yellow.  The art of cloisonne involves fine copper wire being set as the pattern/design onto a copper or bronze vessel, and then being filled in with enamel.  If you look closely at the photos, if/when light is reflected properly, you can see the edges of each small cloud and flower is outlined with copper wire before being filled in with the different colors of enamel.  What really sets this piece apart from other cloisonne pieces I have seen is that the dragon and phoenix and a few swirls/clouds are inlaid with golden metal that I assume is brass, and the gorgeous, finely detailed dragon and phoenix are in slightly raised relief/3 dimensional inlays.  This may be slightly visible in the photos, but in person, when you run your hand or fingers over them, it is truly amazing.  It measures 7.5 inches tall.  The Qianlong dynasty mark is on the bottom of the vase (see last photo).  Domestic flat rate shipping with delivery confirmation on this item is $14.00.  I am always happy to combine multiple items to save on shipping costs if it does not compromise the safety of this item.  Thanks for shopping :)
