This is likely not a Lilli Ann coat, but it gives off heavy Lili Ann vibes; there is a Lillian coat that has the same color and type of plaid, although the Lilli Ann has a genuine fur collar
The matching pants appeared to be made with real wool, while the coat looks to be as synthetic, possibly , although neither garment has a fabric content tag.

The coat, pants, and belt are in very good vintage condition. Externally, all pieces appear excellent; however, the lining in the armpits has started to come apart slightly. I have reinforced it, but my repair work is not flawless. Despite this, the items are ready to wear as they are. Similarly, the pants have some splits at the seams of the lining, which I have partially mended. They are also ready to wear, though my repairs are not perfect. The belt’s backing was completely replaced due to the plastic being in poor condition in most areas. ( see photos)
