The cover does exhibit some bumps and knocks to the edges and corners (see photograph) however this magazine is in good overall condition considering its age.  All pages are present however the staples have rusted to a point of disintegration (not untypical on the low-quality wire staples used under the wartime economy regulations), and this has resulted in the pages being loose.  The pages are free from tears, creases and significant marks other than some light age-related discolouration to the page edges, typical on newsprint of this age.
