antique unusual item, stick hammer used to tap tattoo needle
1. nice condition, 1890-1900
2. wood, hand carved
3. some kind of hardwood with no grain
4. nice scenic design on one side on back side many small scars from tapping on the needles
5. carving is about 1/16 in deep
6. looks like this should open but is does not
7. wonderful patina on the wood
