Filigree top bookmark-Antique Sterling top. 3 1/4 inches. Beautiful piece by Webster Co. , Attleboro MA 1894 -present. Reed and Barton since 1950. They made an assortment of this type with monthly flowers, crosses, anchors, etc. Probably early to mid 1900's. The top is marked Sterling with the Webster Co mark. The blade is a silver metal, not very flexible, possibly plated. I would call it more display than functional. Workmanship not seen today.
