OEM Replacements/Extended Custom Replacements
Like-for-like replacements for the standard flexible brake lines on your vehicle.
All our kits are custom made so if you have any suspension upgrades giving you extra flex, we can make the lines to suit.
Pioneer 4×4 brake line kits are handcrafted to order, allowing us to create the perfect length for any 4×4 vehicle, whether it has suspension upgrades or additional lift.

Each kit is assembled in-house with premium stainless steel fittings and braided hoses for durability and performance. They eliminate the ‘spongy’ feeling often found with rubber hoses during extreme braking, providing better control and precision when you need it most.

You can choose the hose and coil colours, and if you have any specific requirements due to suspension modifications, just let us know, and we’ll customise the kit accordingly.

All our hoses are tested to extremes in the laboratory, and on the racetrack, where they’re proven time and time again. Our hoses meet and exceed regulatory requirements all over the world, making them road legal anywhere.
