17x Black colored Cardboard thick sleeve - Surplus to requirement - I purchased these as new but either the quality control tolerence is questionable or that in fact are slightly seconds - Second quality - All Brand new - not used but with slight imperfections - or made abroad 

So in Excellent condition 

the 10x Soft pvc covers have been used but are in VGC in deed - no splits and are a modern like above purchase not vintage from years ago - These are very nice and a slightly thicker grade than the real thin sleeves you can buy .

All in all a nice little bundle priced to sell .
