Leather coat - car coat / cyclist /scooter parka style - REAL (brand name) - Label size small but this allows for layers and for the jacket to be roomy (which was the style). I'd say up to 44" chest depending on how you like the fit. 23-24" pit to pit, 24" Shoulder to Cuff, 19" shoulder to shoulder (very approx as no shoulder seam: ) 30" in length.  2 hand pockets, 2 outer breast pocket, 2 inner breast pockets. Drawstrings at waist and hem for perfect fit. Excellent vintage condition.
