LOCKED TO AT&T.  (Possible to unlock, out of my control)

The only problem is that it has charging issues. It charges slowly and the cord doesn't stay in. Pretty sure it's an issue with the manufacturer.

Other than that, the thing runs fine! Will come with a black case and a brush to clean the port.
