Description
My mechanic who owns motorcycles, went over the entire bike last fall. He put in a new battery, new fuel lines, a 1964 carb rebuild kit was installed, new oil, new gas, air filter good, all electrical and lights working, everything lubed.
The odometer shows 4493 miles and the most recent title shows 20,000 miles. The father bought the bike new and re-titled it in 1979 to the oldest son. I do not know why there is a difference in the mileage.
My mechanic and I together put about 10 miles on it ran great and had good power and we had fun. The bike needs to run as it sat for about 6 years before I bought it. I bought it for my grandkids, however, my wife wants a four-wheeler instead and I have no reason to keep it. My grandkids are small and it is a little too much bike.

CONDITION:
Mostly original, wear and use with minor scraps and dings, small dents, broken clutch lever, torn rubber hand grip, flat rear tire runs well, nice bike, was running and riding last November, garage kept, haven't started it this spring. I rate it in good condition. Please look at all 24 pictures.

Shipping
I ship by USPS (United States Post Office) and FedEx or UPS for larger/heavy items. I ship within 2 days or sooner of cleared payment. If the item is too large for shipping it will be listed as "Pick Up Only". On items being picked up, it will be the responsibility of the Buyer to work with my schedule or arrange for a shipping company to do so. I am flexible.
I can offer International shipping if asked.
I offer "Standard" shipping on many items, especially when the s/h is free...therefore, the shipper will be my choice. Also, if there is a problem at any drop-off locations, I reserve the right to change shippers even if you chose a specific one. This does not happen often and if there are additional shipping costs; you will not be charged. Thanks in advance for your understanding.
If the item is breakable or expensive, then "The Item Is Insured" as the "Handling Cost Includes Insurance". If the item you receive is damaged during shipping, please contact me right away and keep all original packing material and the box. Again, please contact me, not eBay; they did not pack and ship the item...I did!
IMPORTANT: Please remember I am on the east coast. The west coast is far away as is Texas, Nevada, Colorado, Kansas, Oregon, North Dakota, etc. After a box exceeds 12 x 12 x 12 inches or depending on the weight, the cost to many locations is expensive. Do not forget I have to purchase my tape, packing peanuts, bubble, fragile stickers, mailing labels, and sometimes the boxes depending on the size and shape of the item. As a Buyer, you are paying for shipping and handling costs unless Free Shipping is offered. If you think the shipping cost is high and are looking for a discount, please call the U.S. Post Office, FedEx, or UPS! When they are not raising rates (which is all the time), then they are adjusting weights and sizes which increases the cost as well. However, I must state that all three shippers mentioned above, have done an outstanding job for my business over the past 22+ years.

Terms of Sale
I will always ship the item properly described and pictures will be of the actual item, never a stock photo unless I state that. Remember that my items "Sell As Is" and you will get the one described and that was in the photos unless otherwise noted. Bid with confidence and please take a look at my 22+ years of feedback!
If you have problems with tracking or an item is damaged when it arrives, I will assist in any way I can. I will make it right to include the shipping/handling if it is my error.
I am not here so you can buy an item just to see it or try it out. As most of my items are used, vintage, or antique, that is where the many clear pictures I provide come into play including an accurate description. Internet sales of used items can be hard as you are unable to see and handle the items up close. That is why it is so important that if something is not clear or you do not understand something, then you must ask questions. PLEASE BE SURE BEFORE YOU BID OR BUY!
