This is a Canadian Export Trans Am. The speedometer and odometer are in Kilometers. It reads 17,644 Kilometers which converts to 10,963 Miles. In 1981, all Trans Ams exported to Canada were equipped with the Chevrolet 305 CID "5.0 Litre" engine. There was no other engine option. A very observant eye will notice that this car does not have the signature twin splitter Trans Am tailpipes. GM used the exhaust system from the Camaro Z28 as it came standard with the Chevrolet engine. We have just removed the Canadian Maple Leaf mudflaps. They go with the car.
This Trans Am would be a great addition to any collection, car show or cruise night. It is an awesome original low mile survivor. It is ready for the Trans Am Nationals!
This is an incredibly well preserved Trans Am. This is truly a time capsule. It has obviously has been maintained since new with only 10,963 miles put on this gem.

Rev Up Motors owns this Trans Am, unlike many of the "Dealers" out there. We invest our own money in quality vehicles. Unlike the BIG consignment "Dealers" out there that take everything and anything just to pay for their overhead and "Sales Staff". They charge the customer a fee to "Market" the vehicle. The consignment "Dealers" do not anything mechanically to the consignors vehicle. All of the vehicles at Rev Up Motors have been inspected for safety and for their mechanical operation. This is all done by a Licensed ASE Certified Master Technician.
The Exterior is exceptional condition. The Silver Metallic paint is stunning as you can see in the pictures and video. It has NOT been repainted! We have measured the paint with a paint meter on every panel and it is consistent throughout. There are NO signs of paint overspray or witness marks anywhere. It is very smooth and swirl free. It is AWESOME! All of the trim are show quality as well. It still rolls on its original Uniroyal Tires too. It also has its original one year only Snowflake Wheels. The 1981's have a thinner wall material as GM was taking weight out of the cars to make them lighter. Another odd one year only item is the hood scoop has a little raised round shaped bump up that is to clear an emission component for the 5.0 Chevrolet engine. This hood scoop is uncut as most were "opened" up to Ram Air into all that horsepower LOL.
The Black Deluxe Interior is in awesome condition as you can see in the pictures. This a non smoker car. The Interior is in Show Quality as well. 1981 features a one year only pattern for the Deluxe Interior with cloth. These seat covers are not reproduced like the Standard Vinyl Interiors or Deluxe Vinyl Interiors. These seats are show quality with absolutely NO fading. The entire interior is a new looking as it gets. Even the carpet sparkles.
The engine bay is very stock in appearance and clean! This Trans Am runs and drives out awesome as well. It starts, idles, drives and stops like a true survivor should. It features a lot of original markings and decals. It is the little details like these that show how original this TA is.
The Trunk shows many details that are only found in an unrestored Trans Am. All of the jack tools are present. The compact spare tire has never been used. The trunk pan and rear tail light panel are untouched. The rear quarter panels show the original trunk splatter and sound deadening applied from the factory.
The Undercarriage on the car is in excellent condition. NO rust issues. Floor Pans, Rear Frame Pockets, Rear Cross Car Valance are all rock solid! All of the sheet metal on this TA is exceptional.
