The item is new, never been fitted however it doesn’t come in the original box, it has a minimal crack on the bottom which is almost imperceptible once fitted. It’s also missing 2 screws to attach the top but they’re are common screws and it can be easily replaced. The crystals are intact, it might have some very minimal scratches but nothing visible. As you can see in the photos it is in great condition.
