FAQ: Do you combine postage?

Yes! I am happy to combine postage. Please ask me for an invoice when you are ready to pay and don’t pay until you receive the invoice. I usually post by Royal Mail second class. I will post items as large letter post when possible. If postage is listed as over £3 that is because the dimensions of the item qualify as a small parcel, and Royal Mail charges more for those items. If paying by invoice, maximum fees are £3.88 for orders under £20 value or £4.88 if over £20 value. The exception to this is oversized parcels such as large buildings or very heavy parcels over 1.9 kg in weight.

FAQ: I need this item quickly, can you help?

Yes! To keep costs down I usually post everything second class but as Royal Mail allow themselves up to 14 days to deliver second class post, I appreciate this is not always fast enough. I can upgrade you to first class postage or even special delivery if required. Just ask for a quote when you request an invoice.

FAQ: How big is this item?

Playmobil is usually built to a 1:24 Scale - so standard people figures are 7.5cm/3 inches tall. Children figures and some animals are smaller, and some accessories such as golf balls are tiny! The Playmobil 123 range standard figures are slightly shorter and thicker to ensure they are safe for toddlers.

FAQ: Is this item complete & are all of the parts original?

The item is exactly as pictured & contains everything in the picture exactly as the picture shows. Nothing is included unless it’s in the picture. If something is structurally incomplete I will of course tell you but I’m afraid I don’t know if used figures originally had different hair or other parts. There are just too many Playmobil sets to memorise every one! Also please bear in mind that used toy figures have probably been played with & worn a variety of different hairstyles and accessories in their time. If it’s important to you that everything is original then I advise you to cross check the photos against the building instructions online, or maybe even buy elsewhere. There are other sellers who specialise in complete sets with instructions & original boxes. I?m more passionate about keeping great toys in play and out of landfill!
