I have several pairs of these which are ex-display and therefore have either/or scuffs to the frame or small, faint, thin scratches to the lenses.  These marks are not heavy scratches or causing dents and can only be seen when shining direct light in a certain direction.

Price is reflective of the ex-display status - these glasses are not pristine condition
