This is a promotional sign for a store, and when you plug it into an outlet and turn on the power, the knife part moves. It is made of plastic material and the outlet has a grounding part, so you will need a conversion plug, so please prepare one. I think it's made in the USA in 1993 based on the markings on the bottom. Operation has been confirmed so far, and it is recommended for shop display or collection. Although not shown in the image, a simple Styrofoam container is also included. As shown in the image, there are some small scratches and scuffs due to age, a thin line that appears to be tape on the red body part, and dirt on the cord part, but it is in good condition as it has not been used often.
