These are a pair of Tory Burch Belleville flats- size 5M.  The black part is a very soft leather; even the soles are leather.  These shoes certainly show some wear- the gold toes primarily with the tips scuffed as shown in the last photo.  Fortunately, the gold color is very close to the color of the leather underneath to it's doesn't stand out like it would if it were a different color.  There are some scratches on the gold heel and some discoloring/scratches on the insole.
