Having a clearout and here is a pair of Asics Kayano Tiger in an EU46.5 which is roughly a UK11.5. I'm a UK11/11.5 and these are a good fit for me.
They're in great condition, although they do have a bit of heel rub on both shoes on the inside. There's loads of wear in these yet, I hardly wore them at all.
