With skates - go with shell size first as conventional sizing is less relevant

Please note my feet are 27.3cm and my toes touch the end - I was thinking to modify them, but have picked up a pair I don't need too

Original insoles with shock absorber/heel lift

The are carbon fibre with a removable carbon fibre cuff, and sale includes ankle straps if you want to remove the cuff for more flexibility and convert these from a slalom skate to a marathon style one

The Red Tool is for the frame bolts - which have 7 positions,

Shells accept a 165mm or 195mm fit frame

Black tool is for the wheel axels - front & rear wheel can be rockered up so you can have rear three flat with just a toe rocker or put them into full rocker

There are extra straps/buckles included 

Original Red Seba laces and some Waxed Hockey Laces are included
