Air Ministry RAF P8 or P10 compass.......a little confusion as the compass is marked P8, but the box it's in states P10.?

In excellent working order with all fluid present.  The video I've put on shows the compass settling after I've spun it around very quickly,  North is where the bangle is on top of the sanitiser bottle.  If you spin around slowly, as an aircraft would, the compass points both as you turn.

I think it's a compass from a medium or heavy 1940's bomber aircraft.

Case has various inspection dates, the last of which is 1944.

Serial no of the compass is 115225D.

Box is complete with canvass straps.

Will be well wrapped to ensure safe delivery.
