As stated in the title, this is an Insurance Replacement and only 1 year old. It's almost in an immaculate condition except for 1 tiny crack, which I've photographed, in the top right corner. From this eminates 2 hairline cracks that are impossible to even show you but they're there in all the photo's. They do not distract from any operation of the phone as its only the factory fitted screen protector that is damaged and you cannot see them at all under normal use. If you can manage with a tiny crack, hardly visible, then you are getting an excellent phone in new condition apart from that. The factory fitted screen protector is professionally replaceable but as the phone is out of guarantee, this could be sourced at a reasonable price.

I have included a pack of screen protectors. I have not used these on this phone but they would ensure any further damage if you were to use them. Also included is a Samsung fast charger, new quality braided USB cable with bend proof metal ends and the original box with all English paperwork and metal pin for accessing the dual sim card tray. Also included is the official Samsung Smartview flip phone cover, that shows you notifications, time, etc without the need of opening your phone. Almost impossible to find now.
