Boots into windows and works correctly.

There seems to be an issue with the motherboard? I can't get it boot or recognize the full 16GB or RAM when I use another CPU (i5) the board also has a screw on heatsink fan with a backplate under the board so may limit future heatsink options, priced accordingly, by bidding/buying you acknowledge these issues.
