3 ORIGINAL VINTAGE WORLD WAR 2 NEWSPAPERS + 1 POST WAR. 1941-1945.
This comprises the following 4 original vintage newspapers from the World War 2 period, although one is just after:
Daily Mirror 17th April 1941. Few small tears along right hand edge.
Evening Standard 6th June 1944. Good condition.
The Star 5th May 1945 (a few days before the end of the war). Good condition.
The Times 16th August 1945. Horizontal fold a bit worn. Old pencil writing at top which is likely to be the delivery address.
The photos give a food impression of theconditions of the papers..
I will put the papers in a large card envelope for sending through the post. I will need to bend them over once to fit in the envelope but I will do this carefully to minimise the risk of any extra crease.
These are the last few items from a large collection of WW2 newspapers I have been selling recently.
UK Buyers
I always get Proof of Posting for packages sent in the UK and provide a refund if you are unhappy with your purchase. I always combine postage where this will save the buyer money.
Overseas Buyers
For overseas buyers I use eBay's Global Shopping Programme. If overseas buyers win multiple lots, please do not pay for them individually as this will mean I have to send them individually, and this may add to the cost of postage. Thanks.
