That's a fret dress and a pro set up with Ernie balls 9-42.

Back tremolo plate not included as the original to guitar wasn't on there when I purchased and the pictured one was just an off market. Will come with no bsck back.  You can but for few bucks online if you want one. Think  it looks cooker without and easier to adjust.
