The product we sell are UL or ETL listed. All cables meet and exceed ANSI/TIA standards. LVC provides sales and support to customers throughout the United States.

Shipping Policy

We ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Truck Freight Carriers. Freight carrier’s services are available from Monday - Friday and most products generally ship the same day from one of our fulfillment centers. Most orders placed before 3:00PM Eastern Time will ship the same day. Note: orders are processed to ship from Monday thru Friday, if an order is placed over the weekend the order will be processed the following Monday.

Returns

Low Voltage Cables offers a 30-day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. Please contact us prior to the return to discuss any questions you may have about opened or partial returns. To prevent any dissatisfaction or returns, Low Voltage Cables offers free technical support to ensure you are getting the product you desire prior to returning the items.
