Round neck with split pointed velvet collar.
It looks like a separate top and skirt, but it is one piece. There is a lining in the top piece (photo 9).
Faux (non-functional) velvet buttons on bodice.
Attached tie-back belt.
3/4 sleeves with pleats at the shoulders and cuffs.
Sewn in shoulder pads.
The shoulder pads and pleats create a very slight puffed effect.
Top is lined, skirt is unlined.
Closes with back zip.
No pockets.
Excellent condition! No rips, stains, or snags!
