Around the edge it says in Latin "George III by Grace of God, King of Britain, France, and Hibernia, Defender of the Faith"

In the image the King is surrounded by what look like Roman Gods ie. Hercules and Athena.

On his left is a Goddess holding the Scales of Justice.  And at his feet a Lion.

The piece measures apprx 5.25" across x .75" tall.  Weights apprx 1 lbs.

Felt on the back with Made in England.

Not sure what is made of, not metal, possibly wax or resin?

Would make a good paperweight.
