This is an original press photo. Joe Frazier, former heavyweight champion, displays an eight pound set of boxing gloves given him at a press conference Tuesday. Frazier, who usually uses an eight ounce set of gloves was advised by his manager-trainer Eddie Futch to either win his bout with Jerry Quarry next month and win it impressively or retire. Photo measures 8 x 11 inches. Photo is dated 05-21-1974.
