This listing is for a long maxi length beach dress. Please note there is no brand or size label.  The fabric is a fine lightweight viscose. It is in a spliced effect of prints in black, white, red blue and green. It has a V neckline with buttons going down the front to around the thigh length.  There is a drawstring to the waist area. The dress has three quarter length sleeves.  

The main reason I have classed this a beach dress is due to the buttons only finishing as far down as the thigh, so it could be worn with swimwear underneath. It could also be worn undone. Or the dress could be used with leggings or jeans underneath ?

It is labelled a size XL.  From the following measurements it would fit a size 12 if fastened. Please check measurements carefully as I cannot accept returns if an item does not fit.  The chest measures approx 38" (pit to pit 19"). Waist area approx 32". Overall length is approx 53". I am 5'7" and it is ankle length.  

It is in OK to good used condition.
