A gorgeous antique lace - truly other-worldly from another age.  It is a double scalloped black silk netlace with extensive tambour hand embroidery in both gold and silver metallic threads.  This is a true collectors' piece as it is old, damaged and fragile, but ever so gorgeous!!  There are two fragments as follows:
