This watch has had a fresh battery installed and is running presently AS I WRITE THIS DESCRIPTION. As stated earlier, this watch is from a local estate. This watch does have a  very nice silver tone dial with gold tone indices. There is lume in both hands, which is not broken or cracked.  Both the  crystal and case do have scratches and scuffs from use, as well as some light paint loss around the edges. It is stamped Prestige Time Co. On the movement, with West Germany stampednon the bottom of the dial. It is in a Helbros case. Overall, it remains a nice-looking watch
