The wide neckline, means it could be potiental worn off the shoulders . Tie detail at waist, shown flat, untied, cound be made into a bow. Fitted dress is lined to the bust & unlined to the skirt. Back kick split for ease of movement. Although the fabric has some stretch, the design is structured, so it's vital you read the measurements carefully.  Size 8 UK *Modern Sizing* Bust taken pit to pit 18 inches x 2...  36 inches is max.. flexibility due to the V cross over bust.
