Hello! This is "Clone" Clothing to fit an 11 1/2" Fashion Doll 

I'm not sure of the maker but, it has the enamled metal snaps that Petra clothing used, so it could be for her

 

It is a rather extravagant gown....the bodice is Black Velvet with a bit of a metallic shimmer to it....the skirt is satin and the over-skirt is a rather poufy tulle

There is a rose flower at waist

Doll NOT included; shown for display reference only

The tulle appears slightly brown-ish in color from age 

Overall, it shows some minor wear from age/play but is still in Good presentable condition
