Hello! This is "Clone" Clothing to fit an 11 1/2" Fashion Doll 

I saw a picture of this packaged, so the manufacturer was TOTSY

It has button closures (which are commonly associated with Uneeda's Miss Suzette)

 

It is a simple sundress with brownish-pink checkered pattern with blue flowers

It comes with a matching teal bolero jacket

Doll NOT included; shown for display reference only

The dress looks a bit dingy/off-white overall 

The jacket has a RIP/HOLE on shoulder, a tiny hole in back and some snags/catches on collar 

Overall, it shows some wear from age/play and is still in presentable condition
