My late Mother in law was married in 1931 and this was something she received at a bridal shower Please note the beautiful Art Deco decorations on each piece of Peach celluloid which is attached to amber backing. some of the rhinestones are turquoise and some are bright blue.. lots are missing.. I have had this in my possession since 1996. . 1.The perfume bottle with atomizer top has an empty space inside the frame. It probably held a glass vial of some sort.. the cylindrical peach case has been reglued ( and not very well ) to its base. . The old bulb is missing There are no marks to identify the atomizer maker. .. all stones seem to be present
2.the Mirror has excellent glass but missing quite a few rhinestones
3.The dresser tray is missing the Lacey base
4. the clothes brush is missing some stones
5. The hairbrush also missing some stones,
6. the comb is large and lovely
7.the shoe horn is missing 2 of its 3 stones
8. the nail buffer is complete and the cover probably comes off but i/m not going to do that
9. the cuticle pusher looks complete
10. the nail file is complete
11.other nail item is complete,
12. button hook is complete
13.small scissors are complete with some rust and a bend in the end
14, picture frame is complete but will not stand up by itself.. has the glass
15 a second picture frame which is not pictured is now found and its the one with the brides picture which you will not get . she was 17 when she was married.
16.the round small pill holder has a jagged broken edge so doesn't screw up but nicely decorated
17.the Hair catcher with the hole is complete
18. the other small box is missing one or two turquoise stones and has some residual glue on the back side.. Everything will be carefully packed for its journey to its new home.. this is a bit of a project or perfect for a 30's Movie set
