Made in the Philippines. The base measures 21cm across and the tallest squirrel is just over 9cm tall with the 2 smaller squirrels being about 7cm tall (santa hats not included in measurement).

A few of the bristles have slight breakage, please see all photos. Some of the reflective pieces on the base have slight chipping not very noticeable.
