Up for Buy-It-Now is a new old stock engine clutch driven plate, GM part number 458629. This item was obtained from an old service garage and is not a newly remanufactured part. According to my GM manuals, this is used on the following models and years:

The disc has an outside diameter of 10 13/32" and has a hub spline count of 10. I opened the box for the first time to inspect and take pictures. The plate is in brand new, never used condition and is free of any damage. There are a few spots of extremely minor spots surface rust from many years of shelf storage. May or may not need a light polishing up before installation. The original GM box is in good condition.
